Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. has started shipping samples of its new development,[e-Rubber], a sheet that can generate vibrations with low power consumption, in order to find a wider range of its applications.
This product was developed to be applied to cellular phones, etc., as a component that will reduce the required power consumption, space, and weight by more than half compared with conventional vibration devices, such as those driven by motors.
