Sumida comprises of manufacturer specialize in audio-visual equipment coils, information processing/ telecommunication equipment coils, electric automotive parts. Sumida, being a global leader in the electronic components industry, is engaged in research and development, manufacturing and sales of coils - an integral part of electronic products. More than 20,000 employees are at work in 30 different location in 13 countries throughout the world and the number is continuing to grow.
During the exhibition, we will display our coil products many of which serving for power source for automotive vehicles (EV/HEV), industrial equipment and consumer equipment. Some of them will be shown adopted example, a demonstration of wireless transfer coils will be shown, and a demonstration of high-efficiency electromagnetic generator and a demonstration of Piezoelectric ultrasonic motor.
We are very much looking forward to meeting you at our booth where you can have a firsthand look at our products.
Passive components (resistors, capacitors, transformers, inductors, OSCs, crystal oscillators, filters)
Wireless power transfer coil (A6)
Available for Qi standard wireless charger.
Prepared common Qi design for TX which are A1/A10,A5/A10 and A6.(Round and square shape ferrite available)
Line-up common preferable size for RX.(0.1mm~0.5mm shield available)
Environmental/energy-related technologies
Electromagnetic generator
We has developed a PIEZO electric ultrasonic motor that realizes low-voltage drive. It achieved under 7.0V drive with ultrasonic motors by applying the non-conventional vibration mode which enables low input impedance. It drives the slider (load) directory with slow-speed and high thrust without generating electromagnetic noises. The converse effect of the moving direction can be generated by switching a single signal drive.
Transducers (acoustic transducers, magnetic heads, small motors, sensors)
