Metal baking painting has been done in Tokyo since 1951.
There are a powder coating booth 1 and a solvent coating booth 5, and at the same time paint various kinds.
From the palm size you can paint up to 2 m × 2 m × 2 m in size.
At painting, we are reducing waste by the clean booth.
We have developed fiber lighting equipment for line sensors for liquid crystal display inspection equipment and are selling new products using laser light sources in addition to traditional metal halide light sources.
Since 2016, we introduced the metal 3D printer M290 of Germany EOS Co., Ltd. and started output service. Metals that can be processed include aluminum alloy, stainless steel 316L, maraging steel, titanium 64, inconel 718 and so on.
In the case of aluminum alloy, it can produce strength equivalent to die casting alloy ADC12 (ratio measured by our company). At the exhibition, we will exhibit many samples of metal 3D figures. Please take it in your hand.
