Now that everyone can easily use machine learning, it is possible to automatically generate fake images and videos that look natural, audio that is naturally synthesized, and word-of-mouth as if written by humans. Although such “media clone technology” is expected to be usefully used in CG, etc., there are concerns about its misuse. In this panel, we will introduce our cutting-edge technology and related efforts to automatically detect media clones and prevent abuse.
