Exhibitor Information

A camera calibration-free three-dimensional shape measurement is developed. Focusing, zooming, pan and tilt are available anytime. All systematic errors are eliminated. We call this method a feature quantity type whole-space tabulation method (F-WSTM). This method can be applied to a real-time and in-line 3D measurement and inspection. Robust 3D shape measurement device against vibration can be available.
