EchoCare Technologies develops a non-wearable/non-intrusive, elderly-care, home monitoring system that automatically detects and alerts on emergency and abnormal situations at home. The ECHO system is a connected smart home device that detects various falls, which are the largest problem of elderly, respiration distress, drown in bathtub and other abnormal situations such as prolong stay in the restroom.
In addition, it indicates on a potential health deterioration by monitoring the person’s daily activities.
It is based on a unique radar that doesn’t compromise the senior’s privacy and covers a standard apartment (including through the wall) with a single device.
