We make spacer smarter using A.I., machine learning and the Internet of Things.
Now, property managers have problem to manage buildings as they are blind to real-time occupancy data. This means buildings guzzle more energy than it needs to, operational costs are far higher and it inhibits revenue growth.
We put sensors around the building to detect occupancy in real-time and connect to building management systems. We pass our data to the cloud where the data is processed to predictive and cognitive analytics.
We present the data to our customers,the facilities managers and building owners, so they are better informed decisions on how to manage their buildings.
We are an interoperable solution to share our data with other products and services to make spaces smarter.
