Piezpelectric Line-sensor
Piezoelectric line is a flexible tension sensor in which a non-pyroelectric organic piezoelectric material is placed on the coaxial insulator part. It is sensitive as a force and strain sensor, it can output a voltage of about 4 V with a 1 N tension change, it is also possible to detect pulses and so on. Also, it is extremely fine (φ 0.4 mm) and excellent in flexibility, it can be placed in a place with 3 dimensional unevenness and can be sensed.
Compared with the conventional strain gauge, the sensor itself requires no power at standby and it saves power. In addition, high-sensitivity distortion (vibration) measurement can be performed with an amplifier circuit using a simple operational amplifier.
A copper foil is used as an electrode, and it is possible to cut it to a desired length and solder the electrode directly to the circuit pattern, it is also possible to measure "cut, paste, measure immediately", high It is a sensor that can perform sensitive strain (vibration) measurement more easily.
At the venue we exhibit piezoelectric line sensors and application examples incorporating this sensor.
