TAIYO Stainless Spring is pleased to announce a new addition to our already outstandng product line.
Plate Spring
The products in this group are made of sheet materials, processed with punching and/or bending, having various shapes. We can also press, burr, tap and spin. These are snap rings, washers of special specs in size/form or thin leaf springs.
The size range is around 0.03 to 13 mm in thickness.
(The processing size range has some conditions.)

Spacer parts
These products are made by chamfering plate materials. Notches, voids, humps, dents are formed on the circumference. The joint can be touching, laser welded or left as a slot and the slot may be toothed, straight, flanged or partially narrowed.
The size processing size range is around 0.4 to 13 mm in diameter.(The processing size range has some conditions.)
