Company Introduction

SenseGiz designs IoT products for enterprise, security and real time tracking applications using a combination of connected hardware, cloud, analytics and apps. Our core technology is based on a mesh network of tiny sensor nodes connected to the cloud for analytics & decision making.

Condition Monitoring using tiny sensor nodes

With the COIN, we create a large, ultra low power mesh network of sensor nodes with connectivity to the cloud via WiFi as well. Each sensor node communicates with every other tiny sensor node as well as with the cloud. COIN is meant for a variety of use cases in security, safety, condition monitoring & indoor real time location management applications for assets. We've currently got motion sensing, pressure, vibration, temperature & humidity sensors built in a coin sized form factor! The mesh network is a proprietary layer built on top of the BLE protocol.

Variety of enterprise use cases are using our cloud connected mesh network of COIN sensor nodes. COINs are placed at various locations within a cold storage room, warehouse, cold storage truck etc. which detects the temperature and humidity in real time. Benefits are Improved quality, Improved productivity, Improved workforce coordination, Real time alert notification in case of change in temperature, shock/impact, vibration etc. as well as Historical and current data reports. Coin nodes are fully customization by the user/admin from the cloud. One can either set thresholds and get alerts by multiple means if those or crossed, or set up user defined data streaming intervals (suited for enterprise applications).

Real time Asset and People tracking

Here hundreds or thousands of assets and people can be tracked in real time in a given workplace such as a shop floor, manufacturing unit, warehouse etc. The fixed and moving sensor nodes together form a mesh network which can track the assets and people in real time. Benefits include Location-based workflow management, Real-time process management, improved workforce coordination, real time monitoring. Real time safety alerts for people/employees and Real time alert notification in case a person/asset leaves/enters an assigned room/area as well as determining how many people/assets are in predefined areas.

We again use the Coin units and the WiFi gateway here. How it works is that in a given location, you will cover the entire place with a mesh network of with fixed Coin units every 100 feet which are then connected to the cloud via our Wi-Fi gateway and then all assets will be tagged with an additional set of moving Coin units, thereby enabling accurate real time location tracking of all assets. With additional sensors on board like temperature, humidity, motion & vibration- additional parameters too can be monitored.

You can not only monitor opening and closing of the doors and windows but also know the knocking or any unauthorized opening with motion and vibration sensors. COIN can also detect leakages due to condensate water overflow, chiller water leaks, plumbing leaks, heating/cooling piping leaks, outside seepage etc.

COINs can detect vibration and motion, and can be attached to walls, fences, perimeters to detect tampering or unauthorized entry in real time. Intelligent algorithms can recognize human activities using the dual motion and vibration sensors. Real time data analysis can distinguish between humans (walking, running, crawling or tunneling) and other objects like vehicles, animals etc. Any damage / cutting of the perimeter fence can also be detected by the COIN mesh system.
