We are displaying "Smart Exterior" in IoT Town. It has convenient features, such as "Opening/closing function of the car gate with smartphone or on-vehicle remote control" and "Home delivery box that can be confirmed away from home". You can see the demo during the period.
We also introduce our approach at our research facility at the panel discussion entitled “How will smart house change our lives?”.

Smart Exterior
LIXIL SMARAT EXTERIOR is a home network system that watches your home space closely, from interior to exterior. Through its home unit, our exterior products such as the camera, the delivery locker, and the car gate are connected to your smartphone. Using the smartphone, you can check visual and verbal recordings in and outside the house and operate the car gate. LIXIL SMART EXTERIOR and the home network system will bring to your life more convenience and comfort.
