Since we founded as a manual production company in 1983, we have evolved uniquely like an introduction of fully-animated manuals.
From 2000, We launched wearable computing system. We developed wearable computer “InfoLinker” in 2015. It is a small-sized computer terminal that has one-eye head mounted display and can make people to work with hands-free.
By utilizing of the lightweight wearable device and specially-developed applications making the most of the performance of wearable device, we provide solutions can meet the various needs. Also, the use scene has spread from industrial uses to medical uses.
In this exhibition, we will introduce some solutions were born from collaboration with cooperation companies. They have solved each problem in site actually. We hope that many people are not familiar with wearable device to enjoy our device.

It is the glasses-mounted wearable computer can be utilized as a IoT platform.
InfoLinker was developed for main use at work site like a factory, construction site and warehouse. The feature is flexible arm can adjust the display to visible position. Also, by adopting original neck-band type to mount, we make the weight relieve.
We will exhibit collaboration systems with cooperation companies.
・The work traceability system, combining KTC digital torque wrench "DigiRatch [Memorq]".
・The Picking System, combining wearable RFID reader “TECCO”.
・Measurement support system, improving the efficiency in measuring (marking) on construction site.

It is the smallest and lightest glasses-mounted wearable device. The use mainly includes sports and medical. It can be connected to smartphone or medical device. You can get real-time information.
There is your smartphone screen in front of your eyes!
Until now, you must turn eyes down and look into hands to confirm your smartphone.
However, smartphone screen come in front of your eyes at any positions by using picoLinker.
In addition, you do not need hand-held.

ork traceability system using "DigiRatch [Memorq]" and "InfoLinker"
The work traceability system, that is based on the technology of KTC digital torque wrench "DigiRatch [Memorq]" and WESTUNITIS wearable device “InfoLinker”, is aiming to improve the quality of manufacturing, the maintenance work, and also to record of work. It consists of tools, measuring equipment, and computers. It collects real-time work status according to specified procedure. This torque management system is realizing to install work assist computer with following functions;
1)Real time data collection about the tool and worker conditions.
2)Detection of inaccurate work procedure and wrong parameters, notification to the workers, and indication of correct instructions.
3)Additional data collection, such as the working contents, time, location, etc.
4)Analysis of collected data.
DigiRatch [Memorq] users have improved the Manufacturing-Cycle-Time and confirmed the up-skilling of workers.
Digital torque wrench "DigiRatch [Memorq]" can not only measures the torque value of bolts, but also can communicate with computer bi-directionally. The bidirectional communication allows users to send target torque value to the DigiRatch [Memorq]. Then it informs the target torque value to the worker by sound and light. All measured data are displayed real-time and are sent to the computer. Work traceability system using "DigiRatch [Memorq]" and "InfoLinker" guides work procedures with display and assists the worker for better work. The real-time work values are displayed as a level gauge, and if the torque value is out of range, an error detected. This system can visualize the work, and prevents any human errors such as forget tightening, over-tightening, and also prevent troubles caused by tightening with wrong torque. Automatic data recording makes human completion check unnecessary and eliminates human error in inputting numbers. In addition, this system makes inspection steps reduced, improving efficiency and reducing costs. This system has upgraded users’ management level from "making visible" to "making measureable." DigiRatch [Memorq] has also brought users’ recording method from handwritten recording to automatic digital traceability, work instructions digitized and built into the system, store the working time in the system, and link work records with the quality control data. Introduction of DigiRatch [Memorq] have improved the work levels of novice and intermediate workers.
