Currently, we are seeking speakers who can give presentations at the new　CPS/IoT Trend Session that focuses on the future trends and　attention-grabbing themes for the coming age of CPS/IoT.

< Overview of CEATEC JAPAN 2016 CPS/IoT Trend Session >
- Dates: October 6 (Thu) or 7 (Fri)
- Time per lecture: 60min. (to be held sometime between 10:00am- 5:00pm.)
- Venue: Convention Hall A or B, 2nd floor, International Conference Hall, Makuhari Messe
Area: 670sqm (32.4 x 20.7m/ceiling height: 6m); Capacity: 500 (school + theater in the rear)

< Eligible Participants/Lecture Themes >
CEATEC JAPAN 2016 exhibitors and companies/organizations that comply to "Exhibitor Eligibility (refer to: http://www.ceatec.com/news/160413_about1 )", will be able to make presentations on the topics or themes listed below at CEATEC JAPAN 2016 "CPS/IoT Trend Session" Conference. *
*Note: Lecture content focusing on the promotion of company products/services is not acceptable.

- Themes: Anything related to CPS/IoT such as the introduction of actual applications of the following Topics using CPS/IoT in the future and the introduction of related activities compatible with exhibition objectives.
- Topics: Community (mobility, manufacturing & production, agriculture, energy, public infrastructure & construction, industrial safety, government, etc.), Home (smart houses, medical & healthcare, academic services, etc.), Town (tourism, financial, distribution & logistics, etc.)
- Participation fee: Free of charge
- Standard Installation: podium, screen, microphone, laser pointer, simultaneous interpretation service * tentative Note: Speakers are asked to bring their own PC

< How to Apply >
Fill in the application form on the next page and return it to the CEATEC JAPAN Management office via e-mail by Tuesday, May 31, 2016. The form can also be downloaded from the Official Website.

< Screening and Selection of Speakers >
Applications and lecture themes will be carefully reviewed and speakers will be selected by Friday, June 10, 2016 by the CEATEC JAPAN sponsor organizations. Results will be sent to all applicants; however the results will not be made public.

< Participation Advantages and Call for Listeners >
Speakers will not be remunerated for the lecture session however they will obtain the following advantages for participation.

- lecture listeners will be notified about the session in the official program as per the following schedule
- Gain networking opportunities by attending receptions and exclusive events for executives held by CEATEC JAPAN while the show commences
- Receive a speaker pass that allows the speaker to attend any conferences and events held during CEATEC JAPAN.

Mid July: Information of each lecture session will be made available on the CEATEC JAPAN 2016 Official Website, Start accepting seat reservations for the lecture session
Mid August: Lecture session program will be printed on CEATEC JAPAN 2016 Invitational Tickets and distributed (approx. 700,000 copies), Notification via Mail Magazine (approx. to 150,000 subscribers)
3rd. October: Introduce the session at the CEATEC JAPAN 2016 press conference
