Gate Driver Module

"SiC/IGBT Gate Driver Module" is based upon the long experience and know-how obtained from transformer technology of Tamura Corporation. It is able to drive both of SiC/IGBT modules.
Also input voltage range is from 13V to 28V. It realizes low common mode noise by the special structure that minimalizes stray capacity (patent pending).
