Object Detection & Recognition Software for ADAS
StradVision's object detection & recognition software is not dependent on specific hardware architecture and is able to be optimized easily on embedded hardware upon customers' request. In addition, it can support detection & recognition of various kind of objects.
It is in particular the product which is most suitable for the ADAS that is required a higher accuracy at even in bad environment.
StradVision’s object detection & recognition is very robust in wild environment, e.g. rain, snow, fog, which is crucial for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) application.
One of the advantages is its small footprint, which makes possible to work on various hardware. (e.g. TI TDA2x, Renesas R-Car, NVIDIA TX etc.)
This is the first deep-learning based object detection software. in the world capable of working on various hardware.
Furthermore, StradVision’s software works on embedded systems, which does not require connecting to servers. This is a promising technique to realize an eco-friendly system.
Scene Text Detection & Recognition "anywhere anytime translation immediately"
The StradVision's scene text detection & recognition software (TDR) can work for general scene captured by smartphone or camera.
Its underlying technology has been demonstrated in an international technical competition, ICDAR * 1) in 2015 Robust Reading Competition, won in four sections and also the text detection division in Text reading in the wild competition

Compared to the third-party products providing similar functionality, our TDR can operate most accurately on changing conditions of lighting, angle, distance and background.
In addition, our TDR can be used in a variety of applications because it can work on various types of characters (signs, menus, road signs, etc.)
Additionally, StradVision's TDR works on embedded CPU, which leads to working to achieve fast response speed with or without connections to the network and its speed. It will be a big help for real-time applications like navigation, augmented reality(AR), etc.
At CEATEC, cooperating with a partner company specialized in machine translation, we will exhibit a demonstration of instant translation using smartphone (translate Japanese to English) named "anywhere anytime translation instantly".
