Small NC Micro Machining Center
Micro MC Series is small micro machining center using numerical control which is usable on a desktop.
This is favored among industries and fields having been evaluated by its features; ease of installation with 100V power supply drive, and general versatility by corresponding with both dry and wet process as standard.
This time, we propose Micro MC-1 which is brought out as a new model in CEATEC.
Additionally, we line-up several options; such as ATC (Auto Tool Changer) and alignment camera.
In our booth, we will broadcast a video that shows how to drive MC-1; making DXF data, using CAD/CAM, and machining.
Please observe the famous UKIYOE titled “Oniji Otani Ⅲ as Edobee” by Toshusai Sharaku, and it is said that his representative work is sculptured on stainless steel plate.
In addition to MC-1, the model is selectable from 5 types, depending on your purposes: Micro MC-3 is optimal for high-precision machining by using iron casting with high rigidity as a body, and Micro MC-5 is shortening the tact of additional machining according to camera alignment function, and so on.

Laser Cutting System model:LCS-500
This cutting system is mounted with a high power CO2 laser.
Because of the non-contact processing, the cut surface will be sharp for high hardness films and self-adhesive films in comparison to machining blade.
The features of LCS-500 are shown as following:
Firstly, this will meet various shapes because it processes by reading DXF data directly. Secondly, since there are no reductions in processing quality due to exhaustion, and no necessity of exchange during change of processing shapes; this will reduces both initial and running cost greatly.
Thirdly, this also reduces tact time; that has been the biggest issue in laser processing, by combining it with a high power laser and high speed scanning system.
High quality processing on several materials such as PET film is also available by lining up 2 wavelengths; 9.4µm and 10.6µm. This is due to avoid declining quality because of the unavoidable influence of thermal heat.
Selective processing of laminate film; called “half-cut” is available by using the light absorption properties of materials. Therefore, this will be used for various purposes regardless the types of industry and field.
