A new zoning concept will be adopted, resulting in a total of 4 areas: Town, Home, Community, and CPS/IoT Technology & Software.
Community Area 
- This area focuses on ensuring safe and sound communities through managing public infrastructure, transportation systems, disaster measures and energy, as well as environmental monitoring.

Town Area 
- This area will highlight environmental improvements to facilitate the development of cities offering comfortable spaces in which it is easy to live and work. It will also focus on improvements to the infrastructure and services that answer the needs of an inbound population.

- This area is all about realizing c omfortable and fulfilling lif estyles through entertainment with immersion and healthcare/lifestyle support robotics.
