Application, Payment, and Fees

We would like to know how to apply for CEATEC.
All exhibit applications are accepted online.
Access below link, fill in the required fields in the application and submit the form to apply. Applications sent via postal mail, fax, or e-mail cannot be accepted.

Application

When is the last day to cancel an exhibit application?
Contact the Management Office to discuss the situation if an exhibitor wishes to cancel exhibition application.
Cancellation fee of 100% exhibition fee will be applied for any cancellation after Saturday, August 29th.
When is the last day to change exhibition area or the number of booths?
You may change exhibition area or the number of booths until Friday, August 28th. Change of exhibition area will not be accepted after Saturday, August 29th.
How much does it cost to exhibit at CEATEC?
The exhibition fee will be invoiced upon completion of the application, with payment due on or before Friday, August 28th. Please contact the CEATEC JAPAN Management Office for any other requests.
Are you accepting applications after Friday, July 31st, the last day of the exhibition application?
Applications will still be accepted.
We want to co-exhibit with multiple firms.
Joint exhibition is possible. You will need to enter the specified organization code in the application form when applying for exhibit.

Exhibition Area

Which area should we exhibit in?
Your choice of exhibition area can be selected.
Also, an exhibitor can choose multiple exhibition areas however it is necessary to submit an application for each requested exhibition area.
We would like to talk with an expert to decide on the exhibit area that suits us best.
Please select your exhibit area according to the content of your exhibit that appeals to the public the most. It is also possible to set up separate booths for each area. Please contact the CEATEC Management Office to discuss the matter if you are interested in making multiple booths/exhibitions.

How are "startups" defined for exhibiting at the Startup & University Zone inside the Co-Creation PARK?
Startup is defined as growing enterprises/organizations that are in business for less than 9 years (established after October 2011).
