With the global spread of the novel coronavirus, we are under pressure to shift to a new sense of value and order in a variety of industries, services, and social systems to promote new lifestyles that make greater use of online and remote accessing, to balance infectious disease control with the economy, and to realize smart lifestyles/smart cities.
In the midst of the pressure to coexist with infectious diseases, CEATEC 2020 ONLINE will not only introduce new solutions for the sustainable development and enrichment of "society" and "people's lives" through the use of the latest technologies in various fields, but also invite applications for elemental and device-related technologies and products that could form the basis of society, and propose them as the new normal from Japan.
Furthermore, we will work with a variety of stakeholders involved in urban development to create a vision of a "future city" that implements the solutions and technologies essential to the new normal society and that will lead to the realization of Society 5.0, and we will communicate this vision to the world.
