NEURONET Co.Ltd. is the Saas collaboration company that provides and seeks a work style of the 21st century with the help of visual communication cloud service.
We provide a plenty of cloud service as follows."SaasBoard" is a Web conferencing system that is able to share documents and files while using a strong "Web board" and operating in synchronization. "MoshiMoshi Concierge" is the cloud contact center that a customer can communicate with a counselor through the audio and video communication from the customer's PC, smartphone, or tablet. "Papaar" is the paperless conference system using voice and documents with a smart phone up to 100 participants at the same time. "Caqico" is a Web collection of messages by up to 100 persons can write simultaneously with PC or a smart phone.
In CEATEC 2014, we will mainly conduct some demonstration of SaasBoard and MoshiMoshi Concierge at our exhibition booth using PC, smartphone and tablet. We are pleased to welcome a lot of visitors!

SaasBoard
"SaasBoard" is Web conferencing system that consists of SNS-type plattform. It have be adopted the browser login method so you don not need to install any programs. Such OS as Windows, Mac and Linux are available. You can use not only PC but also smartphone and tablet(for iOS and Android) on SaasBoard. SaasBoard has great wealth of features. The first one is a powerful "Web board". It is a revolutionary tool that is able to share various files and contents on the whiteboard. At the conference, it is very important not only to conduct audio and visual communication but also to share the documents. You can share a variety of following materials, excel, word, power point, pdf, movies and sound files on SaasBoard.
There is another way of information sharing function, which is "Screen-sharing feature". This function enables some meeting participants to see and share the video of the PC screen of a person together.
The second function is "Presenter mode". When participatinig in the Web conference, you need to know how to operate the PC and Web conferencing system, however, it is not always the case that all participants can conduct these operations. Using this mode, you can conduct all operations in synchronization. As the result, they just have to watch their PC screen!
The third one is "Remote Desktop" that allows you to manipulate the PC screen of the opponent from a distance.

Moshi Moshi Concierge
"MoshiMoshi Interactive" is a visual contact-center cloud service that customers can communicate with counselors or shop staffs through the video and audio on web directly, which means that it has myriad of stores on the web. We are sure MoshiMoshi Interactive should overturn the ordinary idea of internet sales using only images, characters, and video.
The system of Moshimoshi Interactive is made up of the following relation; A customer uses his PC, smartphone or tablet and contacts the agent on the web. The agent responds to communicate with the customer with PC on the web. This system is mainly constructed with CTI system including ACD(Auto Call Distributor) as cloud service without using the switched connection equipment that is called PBX.
MoshiMoshi Interactive has four advantages. The first advantage is that customers and agents can talk face to face on the web. The second one is that you can receive explanation from the agent while sharing some explanatory documents, photos or web pages and can place an order directly. The third one is that agents can work wherever they want because of this cloud system; Web ACD, which can request the best agents.
