Dynacast is a global manufacturer of small engineered die cast components from zinc, aluminium, magnesium and metal injection molding (MIM) utilizing our proprietary multi slide die-casting technology. We serve customers in automotive, consumer electronics, healthcare, computers and peripherals, telecommunications and many other industries. Our extensive engineering expertise and use of specialized manufacturing technologies enable us to design and manufacture customized, small, high precision components with complex geometries in a cost effective manner.
Dynacast Metal Injection Molding
Dynacast metal injection molding enables components with very intricate geometry to be manufactured in high volume using a wide variety of materials to cater to wide variety of applications. We've applied our multi-slide technology to MIM to produce components that meet tighter tolerances with part-to-part consistency, faster than any other MIM provider.
Lifter Casting
Lifter casting is a new innovative process technology known as the internal core lifter which can form an internal undercut. This component requires an internal undercut which adds on to the complexity of the mold design. A shorter process was obtained through eliminating the stamping process. With this, cost saving was achieved. Dynacast was able to meet the customer's expectations for cost, time-to-market and quality standards.
Dynacast Thin Wall Aluminium Casting
Dynacast succeeded in the technology breakthrough in thin wall aluminium casting in accordance to requisite norms and standards. It is a combination of process and tooling to yield thinner than industry standard wall thickness.
